Welcome to Todo.is, the ultimate to-do list app for task and project management. These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the rules and regulations for the use of Todo.is and any associated services (collectively, the "Service").

4.2 License to User Content: By submitting User Content to Todo.is, you grant Todo.is a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Service and Todo.is's business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Service.
4.3 Prohibited Content: You agree that you will not submit User Content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, abusive, obscene, or that infringes on the rights of any third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights.
4.4 Responsibility for User Content: You are solely responsible for any User Content you submit to the Service, and you agree that Todo.is is not responsible for any User Content.
Section 5: Payment and Refunds
5.1 Payment: If you purchase a subscription to the Service, you agree to pay the fees specified on the Todo.is website.
5.2 Automatic Renewal: If you purchase a subscription to the Service, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period, unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current period.
5.3 Refunds: Todo.is does not offer refunds for subscriptions that have been purchased.
