- Do I need the WhatsApp Business API? No. The agent links like WhatsApp Web via a QR code.
- Should I use my personal number? We recommend a dedicated number, because the agent will reply to incoming messages automatically.
- What happens if the session disconnects? Re-scan the QR code from the Channels page to re-link in seconds.
- How much does it cost to try? $1 for your first 24 hours on any plan. After that your plan renews monthly (Starter $29, Pro $69, Elite $119). Cancel anytime from the Billing page — cancel within the first 24 hours and you won't be charged the monthly price.
