Daily agenda from Google Calendar, sent to your phone each morning
Your calendar shows boxes, not a plan. This recurring to-do has your todo.is agent read today's Google Calendar at the same time every morning and send you a short agenda: each event with its time and place, what to bring or read first, where the gaps are, and a heads-up about early starts tomorrow.
The prompt
- Every [DAYS AND TIME], read today's events in my Google Calendar ([WHICH CALENDARS]) and send me a daily agenda on [WHERE TO SEND]. List events in order with start and end time, title, place or video link, and who is attending. For in-person events, add a rough travel time from [HOME OR OFFICE ADDRESS]. Under each meeting add a one-line prep note from the event description and related emails. Then show my free blocks of 30 minutes or more, and flag clashes or back-to-back meetings. End with tomorrow's first event if it starts before 9:00. Times in my time zone. Keep it short enough to read in one minute. Do not change any events.
What to change
- [DAYS AND TIME]: e.g. "weekday at 7:00" or "day at 6:45".
- [WHICH CALENDARS]: e.g. "my work and family calendars" or "all calendars except Holidays".
- [WHERE TO SEND]: WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Discord or email.
- [HOME OR OFFICE ADDRESS]: A street or area, e.g. "Kreuzberg, Berlin". Or delete this sentence if you work remotely.
Example result

How to do it with todo.is
- Connect your Google account in todo.is so your agent can read Google Calendar.
- Copy the prompt, choose your time and channel, and say which calendars to include.
- Paste it on the Today screen. Your agent sends the agenda every morning on schedule.
- Reply to it to act, for example "move the dentist to Thursday". Your agent checks with you before changing events.
Tips for a better result
- Send it 30 to 60 minutes before your first possible meeting, so you still have time to prepare or move things.
- Good event descriptions make better prep notes. Paste the agenda or doc link into the invite and your agent will use it.
- Include the family calendar if school pickups and appointments clash with work. That is where most surprises come from.
- Ask for a Sunday evening version with the whole week if you like to plan ahead.
