Fill PDF form fields with your details, quickly
A rental application, a school enrollment form or a visa form, and it asks for the same name, address and dates you have typed many times. Send the PDF to your todo.is agent with your details or a document that has them. It fills each field, ticks the boxes, lists what it couldn't answer and gives you a finished form to review.

What to change
- [ATTACH THE FORM]: Attach the PDF form (up to 50 MB). Fillable forms work best; scanned forms work too.
- [MY DETAILS]: Type them, or say "use the attached passport scan and payslip" or "use the details you remember about me".
- [DATE FORMAT]: E.g. "DD/MM/YYYY", "MM/DD/YYYY" or "whatever the form shows".
- [EDITABLE OR FLATTENED]: "editable" so you can still change them, or "flattened" so the answers look fixed when you send it.

- How the form was filled
- • The PDF has real form fields, so answers were typed into the fields, not on top of the page
- • Text that was too long for a field (your address) uses a slightly smaller font so it fits
- • Dates use DD/MM/YYYY, matching the example on the form
- • Fields are still editable, so you can change any answer in a PDF reader

- • Check every number: income, dates and phone numbers are easy to mistype
- • Some forms must be flattened before upload, so answers can't be changed. Ask your agent for a flattened copy if needed
How to do it with todo.is

Tips for a better result
- Your agent remembers details like your address and employer, so the next form is faster. You can ask it to forget them anytime.
- Fillable PDFs give the cleanest result. For scanned paper forms, your agent places text on the lines, so check the alignment in the preview.
- Always read the filled form before sending. Your agent leaves fields empty rather than guessing, but numbers are worth a second look.
- Government and immigration forms sometimes lock fields or need a specific reader. If a form refuses edits, ask your agent to say which fields are locked.

- How do I fill out a PDF form that is not fillable? Your agent places typed text on the lines and boxes of the scanned or flat form, then shows you a preview to check alignment.
- Can it fill a PDF form from my passport or ID? Yes. Attach a photo or scan and your agent reads the details from it. Check names and numbers, as photos can be misread.
- Can I still edit the form after it is filled? Yes, if you keep the fields editable. Ask for a flattened copy when the answers must not change.
- Is my personal data safe? Your form and documents stay in your own agent workspace, and only your agent uses them. You can ask it to delete them when you are done.
