Sports scores updates for your teams, without the noise
Score apps cover every league and buzz all day. If you only care about two or three teams, this prompt is simpler: your todo.is agent checks results on a schedule and sends you the final score, a one-line summary, the table and the next fixture, only when your team actually played.
The prompt
- Send me sports scores updates for [MY TEAMS]. Every day at [TIME] ([TIME ZONE]), check if any of them played since the last check. If yes, send me on [WHERE TO SEND IT]: the final score, who scored or the key stats, a 2-line summary of the game, the team's current position in the table, and the next fixture with date and kick-off time in my time zone. If none of them played, send nothing. [SPOILER RULE]. Every Monday, also send the week's upcoming games for all my teams in one list.
What to change
- [MY TEAMS]: Team and competition, e.g. "Arsenal (Premier League and Champions League), Boston Celtics, the Spain national team".
- [TIME]: A time after the games usually end, e.g. 8:00 the next morning, or 23:30 on game nights.
- [TIME ZONE]: Your time zone, e.g. "Asia/Dubai", so kick-off times are converted for you.
- [WHERE TO SEND IT]: WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Discord or email.
- [SPOILER RULE]: E.g. "Put the score at the end so I can stop reading if I want to watch the replay", or "No spoiler rule".

How to do it with todo.is
- Copy the prompt and list your teams with the competitions you follow.
- Paste it into todo.is on the Today screen or send it to your agent on Telegram or WhatsApp.
- Your agent checks results at your chosen time and only messages you when your teams played.
- Reply to change it, like "add highlights links" or "also send me the half-time score on match days".
Tips for a better result
- Name the competition as well as the team. Many clubs play in two or three, and fixtures differ.
- For late games in other time zones, a next-morning check is cheaper and more reliable than a late-night one.
- Ask for a match-day reminder an hour before kick-off with where to watch it in your country.
- This is a scheduled check, not a live feed. For goal-by-goal alerts during a match, a live score app is still faster.

- Can I get live scores during the game? The agent checks on a schedule, so it is not a live ticker. You can set extra checks on match days, like every 30 minutes during the game, but each run uses credits.
- Which sports and leagues does it cover? Any sport with results on public websites: football, basketball, cricket, tennis, F1, rugby and more, including smaller leagues if their results are online.
- Can it avoid spoilers? Yes. Ask it to put the score last, or to send only "your team played, replay link here" without the result.
