Twitch stream titles that make people click into your stream
In the Twitch directory, your title sits next to hundreds of others in the same category. This prompt has your todo.is agent write titles that say what is happening in this stream, like a goal, a challenge or an event, in your own streaming style, plus a set you can rotate all week.
The prompt
- Write 25 Twitch stream titles for my streams of [GAME OR CATEGORY]. My style is [STREAM STYLE] and my viewers know me for [WHAT YOU ARE KNOWN FOR]. This week's plan: [THIS WEEK'S STREAMS]. Each title must be under 70 characters, say what is happening in this stream (a goal, a challenge, a first, an event, a viewer game), and fit my style. Put the most important words first because titles get cut off in the directory. Group them: 5 for each stream on my plan plus 5 general ones I can reuse. Include up to 2 tags like !discord or !commands only where they fit, and no fake claims like "giveaway" unless I say so. Send the list in chat.
What to change
- [GAME OR CATEGORY]: What you stream, e.g. "Elden Ring", "Minecraft hardcore", "Just Chatting" or "Art".
- [STREAM STYLE]: e.g. "chill and cozy", "competitive and loud", "funny, lots of chat interaction".
- [WHAT YOU ARE KNOWN FOR]: e.g. "no-hit runs", "terrible puns", "teaching beginners".
- [THIS WEEK'S STREAMS]: Your plan, e.g. "Mon: first boss attempts, Wed: viewer build challenge, Sat: 12-hour subathon".
Example result
- Plan

- Mon: first Ender Dragon attempt. Wed: viewers vote the build. Sat: 10-hour stream.

- • If I die, chat names my next world
- • Hardcore dragon fight, bring snacks and moral support
- Wednesday: viewer build challenge

- • Building whatever chat votes for (please not another tower)
- • Viewer build night: best idea gets named after you
- • Cozy build stream, chat is the architect today
- Saturday: 10-hour stream
- • 10 HOURS of hardcore: can we finish the base today?
- • 10-hour stream: every follow = 1 more block of the tower

- • Long stream Saturday: mega base build, come hang
- Reusable titles

- • Learning redstone live, please be patient

- • The goal or event is in the first 4 to 5 words
- • Numbers (day 212, 10 hours) give a reason to click now
- • Each title matches what really happens, so viewers stay
How to do it with todo.is
- Copy the prompt and fill in your game, style, what you're known for and this week's plan.
- Send it to your agent on Discord, Telegram or in todo.is before your week starts.
- Pick one title per stream and paste it into your Twitch stream info.
- Set it as a weekly to-do: every Monday at 10, your agent asks for your plan and sends new titles.
Tips for a better result
- Change your title every stream. A fresh title tells returning viewers something new is happening.
- Lead with the hook. The directory and mobile app cut long titles, so the first words do the work.
- Use numbers: day counts, attempt counts and hours make a stream feel like an event.
- Never promise a giveaway or a guest that isn't happening. Viewers leave and may report misleading titles.
Twitch stream titles: FAQ
- How long can a Twitch stream title be? Twitch allows up to 140 characters, but much less is visible in the directory. Keep the key part in the first 40 to 60 characters.
- Should I put commands like !discord in my title? One short command is fine if it helps, but it takes space from the hook. Many streamers keep commands in panels and chat instead.
- How often should I change my stream title? Every stream, and during the stream when the activity changes, like moving from a boss fight to building.
- Can todo.is update my Twitch title for me? Your agent writes the titles and sends them to you. You paste the one you like into your Twitch dashboard.
