Bill payment reminders before every due date
Late fees often come from bills you can afford but forgot. This prompt gives your todo.is agent your list of bills and due dates, then messages you a few days before each one with the amount and how to pay, and sends a short overview at the start of each month so you can check your balance covers everything.
The prompt
- Help me never pay a bill late. My bills are: [BILL NAME, DUE DAY, USUAL AMOUNT AND HOW I PAY]. Message me on [WHERE TO SEND] [DAYS BEFORE] before each due date with the bill, the amount and how I pay it, and again on the due date if I have not replied "paid". On the [OVERVIEW DAY] of each month, send me a table of all bills due this month with the total. If a due date falls on a weekend or holiday, remind me on the working day before. Keep a running list of what I marked paid and send it to me as an Excel file at the end of each month. Never pay anything yourself.

How to do it with todo.is

Tips for a better result
- Set the reminder for the day you can actually pay, like the day after payday, not only the due date.
- Bank transfers can take 1 to 3 working days. Remind yourself early enough for the money to arrive.
- Add annual and quarterly bills too (insurance, taxes, registrations). Those are the ones people forget most.
- Do not put full card numbers or passwords in the prompt. The last 4 digits are enough for a reminder.

- Can todo.is pay my bills? No. It reminds you and keeps a log, but you pay through your bank or provider. It never pays on its own.
