Hotel price tracker for your shortlist and your dates
Hotel rates for the same room can change daily, and many people book a free-cancellation room and never check again. This prompt has your todo.is agent check your shortlisted hotels for your dates every day, compare the booking sites with the hotel’s own site and tell you when you could rebook the same room for less.

Every day at 9:00, check each hotel on two booking sites and on the hotel’s own website. Compare the same room type with the same cancellation rules, and note the total with taxes and fees. How to do it with todo.is

Tips for a better result
- Book a free-cancellation rate early, then track it. If the price falls, you can rebook before the deadline.
- Compare the same room type, board and cancellation policy. A "cheaper" non-refundable rate is a different product.
- Check the hotel’s own website. Direct rates sometimes include breakfast or a small discount.
- Watch out for city taxes and resort fees. Ask your agent to always show the full total.

- Do hotel prices go down closer to the date? Sometimes, but not reliably. Popular dates often get more expensive, while quiet dates can drop. Tracking a refundable booking lets you benefit if it does drop.
- Can it track Airbnb or apartment rentals? Yes, if the listing price is visible on a page your agent can open. Give it the listing links and your dates.
- Will my agent cancel and rebook for me? No. It tells you when and where the lower price is. You rebook and cancel yourself, so nothing changes without you.
- How many hotels can I track at once? A shortlist of 3 to 6 hotels works well. Each daily check uses some AI credits, so more hotels cost a bit more.
