Internship finder: new openings in your field, every week
Internship deadlines are scattered across company career pages, university boards and job sites, and the good ones close early. This prompt turns your todo.is agent into a personal internship finder. It searches for roles that match your field, location and dates, lists each one with its deadline and link, and sends you only the new ones every week.
The prompt
- Find internships for me. I study [DEGREE AND YEAR] and I'm looking for a [INTERNSHIP TYPE] internship in [FIELD] in [LOCATION], starting [DATES]. My skills: [SKILLS]. Search company career pages, job boards and graduate programme pages. For each opening give: company, role, location or remote, dates, paid or unpaid, requirements, application deadline, and the direct link. Leave out roles that need more experience than a student has. Put them in an Excel file sorted by deadline, with a column saying how well each one fits my skills. Then every [DAY AND TIME], search again and send me only new openings on [CHANNEL], plus a warning for any saved deadline in the next 7 days. Don't apply for me.
What to change

- [DATES]: E.g. "June to August 2027".
- [SKILLS]: E.g. "Python, Excel, SQL basics, Spanish C1". Or attach your CV.
- [DAY AND TIME]: E.g. "Monday at 8:00" or "every day at 18:00" in peak season.

Tips for a better result
- Search early. Many large firms open summer internships in early autumn and close by winter.
- Ask the agent to draft a tailored cover letter for your top 3 matches using your CV.
- Include smaller companies and "open until filled" roles; they are less crowded.
- Check that unpaid internships follow the rules in your country before you accept one.
internship finder: FAQ
- Will the agent apply to internships for me? No. It finds and tracks openings and can draft your cover letter or email, but you submit every application yourself.
- Where does it search? Public company career pages, job boards and graduate programme pages it can reach in its browser. Sites behind a login, like your university portal, are not included unless you paste listings in.
- When should I start looking for a summer internship? For big companies, start in September or October the year before. Smaller firms and startups often hire from January to April.
- How many credits does the weekly search use? Each weekly run uses a few AI credits. Daily runs use more, so switch to daily only in peak hiring season.
