Product restock alerts the moment your size is back
The product you want is sold out, the shop's "notify me" email never arrives, and restocks sell out again in an hour. This prompt has your todo.is agent check the product pages for you on a schedule, look at the exact size or variant you need, and message you right away when it can be added to the cart.
The prompt
- Check these product pages [HOW OFTEN] and tell me when they are back in stock: [PRODUCT LINKS]. I need [SIZE OR VARIANT]. Open each page in the browser, select my variant and check if it can actually be added to the cart; a "notify me" or "pre-order" button does not count as in stock, but tell me about pre-orders once. As soon as it is in stock, message me on [WHERE TO SEND IT] with the product, variant, price, how many are left if the page says, and the direct link. Also check [OTHER SHOPS] for the same product. Stop checking a product after I tell you I bought it, or after [STOP AFTER]. Never buy anything.
What to change
- [HOW OFTEN]: E.g. "every hour from 7:00 to 23:00 London time". Every 15 to 30 minutes for fast-selling items uses more credits.
- [PRODUCT LINKS]: One or more product page links, one per line.
- [SIZE OR VARIANT]: Exactly what you need, e.g. "UK 9 in white", "the 256 GB model in blue", "size M, regular fit".
- [WHERE TO SEND IT]: WhatsApp or Telegram for speed.
- [OTHER SHOPS]: Other stores that sell it, e.g. "the brand's own store and two big retailers", or "none".
- [STOP AFTER]: E.g. "30 days" or "December 1".

How to do it with todo.is
- Copy the prompt and paste in the product links with your exact size or variant.
- Paste it into todo.is on the Today screen or send it to your agent on WhatsApp.
- Your agent checks the pages on your schedule and messages you as soon as your variant can be added to the cart.
- Buy it yourself from the link, then reply "bought it" so the checks stop.
Tips for a better result
- Give the exact variant. Many shops show "in stock" when only other sizes are available.
- For limited drops, ask the agent to find the announced restock date and check more often around it.
- Log in to the shop and save your address in advance, since restocks of popular items sell out fast.
- Ask for a weekly note of which shops restocked and when, which helps you predict the next restock.
product restock alerts: FAQ
- How does it know if a product is back in stock? It opens the product page in a real browser, selects your variant and checks whether the add-to-cart button works, instead of just reading the page text.
- Can it buy the product as soon as it is back? No. It alerts you with the direct link and you buy it yourself. Your agent never pays or orders for you.
- Does it work on any online shop? It works on most public product pages. Some shops block automated visits; in that case it tells you, and you can connect your own Chrome with the todo.is Connector.
- How much does checking often cost? Each check uses a few AI credits from your plan, so checking every 15 minutes uses more than once an hour. Stop the alert once you have bought the item.
