Your travel bookings summary from Gmail, in one timeline
Your flight, hotel, train and rental car confirmations are spread over a dozen emails, and you need them at the airport, not in a search bar. This prompt has your todo.is agent find every booking for your trip in Gmail and turn it into one clear timeline with confirmation codes, times, addresses and check-in rules, as a PDF you can keep on your phone.

Make a travel bookings summary as a day-by-day timeline. For each booking show: what it is, date and local time, confirmation or booking code, address or terminal, who is booked, check-in or pickup time, baggage or cancellation notes from the email, and the contact phone. Flag gaps (a night without a hotel, no transfer from the airport) and anything that needs action, like online check-in.
